It’s not worth the $30 that you save by getting it through amazon if you’re just going to end out soaking your carpet and then returning it again. Waste of time and money, my 15 yr old sunbeam iron does a better job.

Jiffy warranty is to return at our cost both ways to/fm tenn. This is an unacceptable situation and i’d warn other potential purchasers to be very careful.
