Pros

It's comfortable and the seat cushion is cushioned. The back has net like back to stop the back getting sweaty and is effective. Seat pad has good depth & comfort.

I'm on my 3rd chair in less than 18 mths. Nice chair, it is well suited for 5. Very impressed and highly recommend.

The arms can be kept down or rotated upwards out of the way. The movable armrests are ideal so the chair can slit in under my desk. I am 178cm tall and this chair back fits me like a glove.

Cons

Bottom of seat has very little padding, not suitable for sittting on for 8 hours a day. Its seat and back are really uncomfortable. Has a large plastic bit in the support for the lower back, no cushioning over it.

The only thing i can commend about the product is the way it was packaged. It's truly shocking that whoever manufactures this chair is allowed to operate.

Back of the chair is not designed for anyone 5ft 10’ or taller. I am 5'9 and this chair is no comfort. Headrest only comes up to the bottom of my neck and it sits much lower than my previous chair.
