Pros

The material is strong but breathable. They fit tight on my mattress and that's what i like. Even with the extra memory foam on top of my mattress.

Another huge bonus is that the pillow actually fits in the pillowcase. The only potential negative is that there's already a hole in the first set.

Cons

The material isn’t soft and feels like a bad scratchy t-shirt. The softness is ok but not super soft like i expected for this price. They are like a stiff, super heavy flannel.

The fitted sheet won’t fit the bed, it’s like 2 small pieces and super weird and unusable. The top sheet barely covers the top of the mattress. Pulled back the comforter later and noticed there is already a hole in the middle of the fitted sheet.

Corner seams on all 4 end up 3 - 4 inches in. The pillow cases shrunk too. But the depth is way too short.
