I read it after my 2nd bad ivf cycle the first 2 cycles were bad a lot of eggs retrieved but all bad quality

I applied several recommendations from this book took a 4 months break after 2nd cycle didn’t work out and took dhea and ubiquinol for almost 4 months before egg retrieval then stopped the day of retrieval

I’ve read so many books that just regurgitated common infertility knowledge this book is not one of them
