Quad core cpu is good but a little bit short on ram only 512 mb and internal storage flash memory 8 gb but expandable with micro sd card

Samsung has more ram so it is responsive with more junk running on it but irulu has faster cpu with more cores remember my samsung is old this may not hold true for newer version of this model so as long as you run just one or few apps it is actually faster
