Pros
They are smaller and easier to *, not to mention cheaper! Dr mk’s pills do the job as advertised. Drastically reduces symptoms of ibs.
Cons
Strong taste that lingers and did not help with my digestive issues at all. The enteric coating seems inadequate.

Ok these taste literally awful but i have taken ibgard and i had a flare up and couldn’t imagine paying the 30 each time i needed a pack for my flare up

Extra water did not seem to have any effect and the capsules were flimsy

Dr mks pills are easy to swallow and wait until they are in the stomach to dissolve thus avoiding the analgesic effect

Alright peppermint supliment but make sure you take it with or right before food or youre going to have a strange time on the toilet
