Pros & Cons
Pros
These are great for developing grip strength for * shooters. I compete in uspsa, idpa, and steel challenge matches, so it's important for me to have a good grip in order to better control the recoil.
This product can be used to isolate the pinky and ring finger, the index and middle finger, or provide a thumb workout. This works well to balance out the disparity in the strength of the individual fingers.
The knurling on the imtugs seem sharper than the cocs knurled. Imtug2 is an ideal starter for me. It is so cool to feel and see the progress as you continue to train. It equals the dexterity you have in the stronger part.
Cons
The range of motion for these things is about an inch. Just get a regular coc instead.
