Pros

Put ice water in it & it stays cool all day. I mostly use this for the gym and haven't tested out how long it can keep things hot or cold. I really like the finger loop that is attached to the lid.

It doesn't leak no matter what you do with it because unlike alot of tumblers, it has a screw top lid. Comes with three lid options which comes in pretty handy. Lids seem sturdy and leak proof.

Cons

Ice melts in it within 2 hours and water is lukewarm in no time. The loops on 2 of these lids feel like they have potential for failure. And now that lid is useless.

Customer service is nonexistent, so you're on your own. This company is not what is said to me advertised.

This is the absolute best water bottle we have tried and we have tried many

There are zero dents or chips in it this far and that says a lot as i have two little boys who knock things over all the time

I have had it for a few months and it has gone through the dishwasher several times and is still in great condition

Price

So many sizes and colors and reasonably priced

I love this brand and the price point always fits in my budget

Found it on sale for 15 bucks and jumped on it

Now i have to pay 11 more bucks to buy the sippystraw lid
