It doesnt scratch my macbook because of the rubber pads that hold it in place

That way you can rotate the stand so that the logo is hidden and the tightening bolt in the front shows instead

My 2013 13inch mbp fits just fine but the rubber inserts cant be used to hold my mbp in the sleeve
