I would add a screen protector as well since this one just bumpers the back

There is a little lip that goes around the edge of the screen that protects the phone from facedown impacts and from getting scratched if you put it on a surface facedown

For that reason i like the black one better but if the slick feel and minimalist clear plastic is your thing you can do no better than this case
