The only negative is that the lip is a bit small dropped the phone on the screen and it left a gouge in the screen protector

The rubber is a nice sturdy rubber seems to be a pretty good protection for normal use but would not suggest relying on the case for drops

Sometimes with phone cases your headphones arent able to fully be inserted into the headphone jack not allowing clear sound

To go along with protection when the phone case is on and you put your phone down screen facing down there really isnt enough of a lip to protect your screen from being scratched

All in all this is a pretty solid case its got a really smooth sleek look and would suggest this product for normal use not if you are very active and prone to drops
