It is very thin just as described but it may be a little too thin for protection it looks like it only protects from scratches

Lasted me a good long while color never faded fairly susceptible to scratching so dont expect it to stay perfect

I recommend also installing a glass screen protector as well because the edge of the case is very sleek and does not provide a lip that could protect the screen if the phone is dropped
