Doesn't have the apple logo on the back but the case is transparent where you can see the logo from the back of your phone.

My phone was acting really dumb and i wasn't sure if it was that my battery was messed up or the ios update made the battery jumpy but anyways i ended up throwing my phone out of a slow moving car on the street and the phone came out almost unharmed.

Obviously we aren't all going to throw our phones out of a moving car, but in the slim chance you do so long as it doesn't slip out your phone will be protected i would recommend a screen protector as well though.
