Only complaint is having to change my phone case back and forth it has a case that locks it into the band but that case will not protect your phone

I didnt realize that the part that holds your phone slides into the armband and my current phone case doesnt fit into that part so i would have to take my phone out of its case and put in the armband case and then slide into the armband

I wouldnt recommend using just the inner case because it doesnt cover all the edges of the iphone and wont protect it if you drop it

I dont have to slip it in a case that would sweat when i ran and couldnt access the screen as easily
