The case is nice but the power button and volume buttons are only attached on one side making them prone to snags which is likely how it broke

Screen protector is really smooth and texture of case is like baby skin but still grippable to the point where dropping is on you not the case

In regards to installing the glass protector it was easier to position it with the top portion of the case on then remove the top case while holding the glass protector on
