The free screen protector was a big factor for my decision to buy this case instead of some other ones but that didnt work out because it left a bubble in the middle and i couldnt get it to go away even after i used the plastic tool

I tried to pry it out but it made a bend in the very corner so i cant put it back on

Ended up receiving it the day after we received the package and applied the case so sending that email a day or two in advance would have improved our experience and actually including a link to the instructional video website would be nice too

Without those details we used the onpackage instructions but the alignment tool thing was a bit confusing and actually made application more difficult
