I got the black which is kinda a space gray because it appears like a very dark gray with glow

The back plastic does not come up over the edge of the ipad once its in there

Also i have tried to shake loose the ipad by holding only the cover and dangling it and light shaking over a bed

When you foldit back and sit it horizontally the ipad does lean back and therefore the viewing angle is tilted back a bit more than traditional covers

The only con is the plastic that covers the power button which is a bit thick so i cannot easily turn onoff the screen
