This is soooo close to a 5 star review for this case.

My only problem is when the pencil is in it's holder (with the aftermarket cap holder attachment so it doesn't get lost) it presses on the volume buttons on the side so i have to store the pencil upside down.

If the holder were moved down just a smidge it would be perfect albeit asymetrical.

Best technique for inserting it and removing it is with a finger press from behind the top one and it pops towards you nicely, then i simply rock it towards me and the lower clip releases it.

As for the top power on/off button, it does seem to take a more determined effort to press through the case, but after having ms surface 2's and 3's at work that come on by themselves, so to speak, in my bag, i have to say that i want an on/off button that takes deliberate action.
