My only problem is when the pencil is in its holder with the aftermarket cap holder attachment so it doesnt get lost it presses on the volume buttons on the side so i have to store the pencil upside down

If the holder were moved down just a smidge it would be perfect albeit asymetrical

Best technique for inserting it and removing it is with a finger press from behind the top one and it pops towards you nicely then i simply rock it towards me and the lower clip releases it

As for the top power onoff button it does seem to take a more determined effort to press through the case but after having ms surface 2s and 3s at work that come on by themselves so to speak in my bag i have to say that i want an onoff button that takes deliberate action

Pros pencil holdercons no screen protectionoverall good buymake sure you buy something to protect the screen with this item
