The case opens and allows user multiple viewing and use angles not preset or fixed position except for having the unit just laying flat open

Maybe there is a way to tell how much charge you have on the keyboard but i know of no clear way to tell and did not see that in the instruction sheet

Hard to watch something that needs it fully open coz it would not balance itself coz the cover with the ipad is heavier than the keyboard

Also since it covers the majority of the ipad shell just get the color you like you cannot see much of the ipad anyway
