Strictly speaking the unit was not exactly as described but it is probably more robust as a result

Each head is controlled by a normal press switch not a tap switch and there are three positions not four off one led and two leds there are two leds in each head

The arms can bend under their own weight as some others described but a bit of experimentation and twisting resulted in a firm support
