Pros

Started with 2nd to lightest weight (light pink). Grip on 100 :) feeling way more confident now. The strength i have regained already is amazing.

Cons

I believe the weights need to be heavier. The design is good but either i couldn’t even tell i was using them or the heavier weight would not even stay in place.

Buyer beware since the vendor seemingly fails to acknowledge this. It should be added as a disclaimer in the product description.
