At a loss, i tried depends, but i wear a lot of dark clothes and they did not come in a dark color for my size.

Yes, there is a slight swish-y sound when you walk, but only someone walking right next to you in a dead silent room would notice.

They do make a little noise when you walk, but they really do what they are suppose to do, plus they have tummy support.
