I bought this item a few months back to replace a smaller filter that came with the 10ft frame pool but those filters were hard to come by
Arrived promptly very effective only problem being that in combination with the water heater my electric consumption shot up

The only downside was the inlet and outlet caps were very large and would not fit into the pools connection points

An audible beep lets you know its been switched on

Sometimes this is not enough so with the heater off i leave the unit on and cup my hand over the outlet to force the pressure back into the system until the water leaks from the top and the unit noise is back to normal

Make sure if you have a heater i the system it is off as it doesnt like this method and beeps a lot

It does not seem to be blowing much air pressure into the water to move the water around to filter it
