Nicely written simple book, with lots of strategies and advice, tips, and explains well the benefits of fasting, how it works, different types of fasting, and even gives you lots of knowledge on nutrition, like being aware of taking in too much insulin
(hormones produced by your body in response to sugar) theres a nice chapter explaining the myths and facts of fasting, a chapter on the mindset you need to develop to succeed with fasting, and another that shows you how to add exercise to your fasting schedule without feeling too depleted
I have read a book on intermittent fasting and i like its concept
That is why i bought another book to explore deeper on its concept
