    I was only able to add in perhaps 3/4 of the second can and the system was showing to be properly charged for the temperature at the time and the system was blowing cold air again.

    You have to release any existing r12 out of your system before you add the new 134 refrigerant.

    The thing will only fit the correct valve so you can't really mess that up.

    After pulling the vacuum on the ac system, charging the with the new 134a only took 2 of the cans of freon.

    The old acura requires r12 freon, which of course is now illegal to sell.

    Remember to shake the can as you fill it, and i held it upside down to really feel when it was empty, as it will nearly freeze your hand while it is filling.
