The point at which this product fails is where there the three power ports connect to the adjustable angle of the plug

I like the red led light because i sometimes run 12v power to this unit using wires instead of plugging it into the cigarette lighter and i know when the wiring is correct when the red led lights up it will not light up if you reverse the polarity
