Pros

The new instant pot ultra 80 ultra 8 quart. Cooks as well as my other instapot. My favorite thing to make in the instant pot are ribs, and with a family of 4 the 6 qt is too small to cook 2 racks at once. It's amazing just don't over think a recipe.

The inner stainless steel pot comes out and can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher. The settings take care of that automatically. My 4 year old instant pot now looks like new.

As for sealing issues, i always make sure my ring is securely in place. It's a bit potent, so be a little careful. Now dumping a cup of the clr in all of my toilets every month.

Cons

The slow cooker only saves about 1/3 of your cooking time, in my experience; and that's an average for every recipe. There is a major design the insert bottom is not flat.

Never buy anything from this seller and to boot worst experience from the seller. My only complaint is that it stopped working almost a year after purchasing.

The instant pot isn't very versatile. It scorches everything creamy. It bows upward in the middle, making it difficult to saute anything well.
