Pros
The staples are a must, ghee and garlic broth are always in my refrigerator. Even the more ethnic recipes use common ingredients you most likely have on hand. Dried beans and certain grains are awesome.
Cons
This seems to be a thrown together book designed to quickly latch on to the current instant pot pressure cooker fad. Took it to work lent to the insta pot loving people and they were unimpressed.
If you are a whole food, paleo or lactose intolerant, this is not for you.

We haven’t had as good of luck with the pasta recipes
Wish it had more pics to go with the recipes tho

I’m sure the recipe is fine it’s just that we can’t seem to perfect making pasta in the instant pot
