Pros

It lubricates my joints so good, and makes it easier for me to move period! This product works better than i have purchased thus far.

It is a bit pricey but i will tell any arthritic suffer get it. I am 58 and overweight by 100 lbs. This product helps keep his joints working and lessen the pain.

Cons

Instaflex advanced to me is a scam. Wasted my money. At this point i am concerned if it has damaged my health permanently.

The capsules did not relieve pain in my knees. They also caused me to have constant diarrhea for five weeks. This is bad for your health as you lose important nutrients.

One of the bottle is completely empty. It has the proper seal with the cotton inside but no pills. There were no results. No improvement whatsoever.
