I decided to try these based on so many good reviews and because I was sick of feeling groggy with melatonin. I was surprised by the number of different ingredients on the bottle that promote calmness and sleep in different ways. I wouldn't say this helped me to fall asleep any quicker than melatonin does but the difference was in the quality of my sleep. I was surprised to wake up with an energy I haven't had in quite some time and was even alert enough that I only needed one shot of espresso instead of my normal 2. I waited a bit to write this review because I wanted to see if it was a fluke. I will say it is not. I've been sleeping better through the night, maybe waking up once in the night one night only so not bad. The pills are horse size pills a little over an inch long but they are capsules so they went down pretty smooth. I was worried I would be too zonked out to hear my kids properly but they are a bit older and woke me up when they needed me. I think I'm gonna make this my new med. I also like that the facility it was packed in is fda approved but note that this doesn't mean the product itself is. The point off is for the fact that I didn't fall asleep quicker but honestly it's the restful night and easy wake up that's important for me.  Read Less
