For a big company beachbody dont have high quality discs this one skips a bit and we had to get three sets of replacements for 21 day fix before we got a fully working set

Do not be discouraged if you cant do all the exercises all the way through non stop even shaun t himself will stop halfway through some sets in the guise of talking to the camera to motivate you
