If you want to throw in fruit in to the tube you can or you could just use the bottle with the strainer lid and just toss the fruitinfusions below

Some of my favorite infusions use infusion tube to avoid tiny seeds in the waterstrawberry mintstrawberry basilraspberry limecucumber limeapricotpeachleave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and enjoy

I would not recommend this for tea as the strainer lid is not fine enough but it is great for infusing water with fruits or herbs
