Not creaky, doesn't move or sag slowly. Only issue is the clasp for the microphone is adjustable just not very easily. Only minor issue is i’d say to be careful with the clamp on your desk.

Absolutely delighted with it. Works brilliantly. Not one of those high end gas strut ones, but it is proper value for money.

Got a mackie usb mike and needed a boom for it. This does the job properly at a fraction of the price of other booms. A fairly cheap and sturdy mic stand.

The stand has no problem holding the weight which is just under 1 kilo. This one is very sturdy and well made. Bought it for my rode videomic go lightweight and its perfect.

The title is fairly explanatory, although it's stated that the stand is compatible with the at2020 mic the shock mount is far too small and does not fit. Does the job but is very poorly constructed.
