Noise cancellation is fair, as the earpieces although soft cover the whole ear.

Previously i was using wired earphones connected to my mobile phone to help me sleep at night.

I like to listen to music or audio books when falling asleep and wanted some headphones that i didn't wake-up tangled in or risk loosing my airpods, so i thought i'd give these ago and i'm glad i did, they are very comfortable even when lying on my side and the sound quality is very good, they also pair to my phone and ipod very easily, the only reason i gave 4* and not 5* is because you can't adjust the headband and as i have a small head it slip down quite easily.
