It is handy that you can carefully use it as a manual wrench if you hit the torque limit for the motor and drivetrain or the battery dies in the middle turning a fastener. Long battery life. Trigger makes it easy to control torque.

Conplan on breaking bolts loose manually then the ratchet will have the power to unscrew it

Ratchet mechanism may not be durable ir states in the manual not to exceed 30 ftlbs when using the ratchet manually otherwise damage may occur to the ratcheting mechanism
