Pros

The cozy that can be ordered to go with it keeps condensation from forming and puddling all over your desk. The wide mouth makes it easy to fill with sliced lemons, oranges, ice cubes and whole berries.

Infuser section is easy to clean and is removable from the bottle. She likes that it has extra gaskets, that the sleeve comes off and is washable, and the color.

Cons

The bottle is now unusable. The plastic looks like it has mold on it. Already broke the flip up lid.

This new one that i got is fabulous it works great and i am so happy with the product

Havnt used it yet but so far sooo good looks like great quality

It’s a good design but does not stay cold for long even with the insulation sleeve
