Basically the back of the strap is numbered in sections which relates to the measure supplied for your wrist

When the band has arrived it came in a plastic type wallet and does look expensive unlike the cheaper type ones i have seen for sale

The benefits of negative ions can be found on the infinity pro website so i wont quote them here however i can testify since wearing this i have had a undisrupted sleep and the cycle of insomnia and exhaustive sleep appears to have been broken
