I am unsure what exactly this does to the body but i shall continue to wear my bracelet and see what happens

When it comes you have a full band and a metal clasp that is not attached

There is a measuring piece of card that you put around your wrist and then you cut the ends of the wristband to size it before attaching the clasp

I also liked the sizing aspect of this as i did get an ion bracelet in a sports gift set a couple of christmases ago which i never used largely because it was just far too big for my wrist and not comfortable to wear
