Pros

Customer service is top notch. Within 1 day they are rush ordering me a replacement to my home.

It is extremely durable, battery life is great and very practical. New power cords and plug seem much more solid and less likely to bend. Great battery life.

Cons

Just a real bummer. Another piece of garbage made in china made swiftly into the garbage and off to the landfill. The durability is awful. The plug is a mini usb style which is much more sturdy.

The zoom is pathetic. The battery life is terrible. After troubleshooting and ending up buying a replacement battery, it still dies pretty quickly.

All the raving reviews are true until it stops working properly. Right around the year mark when the warranty expires is when the monitor conveniently stops working too.
