Pros
The unit is larger than i needed but is a quality built unit. Packaged in a box covering a wooden crate and everything came assembled. The down side to it all was actually getting delivered.
This is seriously the quietest compressor i've ever heard. It is quiet and quick to recharge. The noise is a little louder than expected, but still quieter than my old oil-free compressor.
The unit has more than enough cfm's for my needs. Also plumbed to a cnc plasma cutter; feeds the cnc no problem while running other tools. Comes with an extra good year hose.

Price
The 20 gallon tank although smaller than other models at similar prices is an absolute work horse
Shipping
The compressor arrived in a shipping crate that came via an independent large freight shipping company
Unit comes on a pallet with only a cardboard box covering so the handles are vulnerable to shipping damage
Packaging/appearance
So far the only thing i dont care for is the air release valve on the bottomi intend to get a valve extension kit to make it easier

Compressor is fine but arrived with a significantly bent handle and no easy way to have it rectified

So far so goodi broke it in as the manual said and it ran very smooth and relatively quietlyvery little vibration

I am not sure if its an outlier but this was attempt 3 to get it to me as the other 2 were damaged in shippingluckily before i got ithats off to amazon for tracking before it got to me

Amazon failed to give the third party my address to ship to so the compressor sat at a warehouse until i personally tracked their number down and called them

Also the drain is hard access under the tank
