Browned meat came off instantly without scrubbing even on the sides which are not covered with nonstick surface

If you look closely at one of amazons pics above you see tiny dots inside each cell of the honeycomb pattern on the pans inside surface

They did not stick to the bottom at all though they did stick somewhat to the sides that are not nonstick coated

The first time i used it i was using ingredients that were a little too much for the size of the pan so i had to transfer them to a deeper pan
