I suffer really bad with ibs diarrhoea when they arrived it said take 2 with your evening meal so to be on the safe side as not to give me more diarrhoea i started with 1 capsulebeen on them 2days now and i can see and feel the difference and will start taking 2 a day in a couple of daysso why not try them for yourself they do work

I do find them a little hard to swallow so i have to get them to the back of my throat with masses of water before theyll go down
