The usb dongle is held in with a magnet so there is no chance of losing it because the storage compartment might wear out

Not long after i left my review a service customer person from the manufacturerfm technology llc by the name of livon contacted me by email and inquired about my issue which was that the laser pointer i bought does not work on tv screenactually my ignorance

After knowing the issue livon offered a refund immediately but i was willing to either to return the product or exchange it with something that will work and pay for the difference

Unfortunately they dont have one but livon went ahead and applied for a refund and told me to keep to the product as a gift

This was totally way beyond my expectation and i was awed by their customer service as the manufacture is based in ohio and i started connecting with livon at 1030pm on sunday 111316 night and by the time the email thread was completed it was around 1200am monday morning it would have been 3pm their time
