Good quality easy to install using it in a therapy gym for an activity with occupational therapy
It is of much better quality than units of anything at a similar cost so id say this is a very good deal

With the first one the cord frayed after a few years of use

I did hang it high enough so its out of the way and doesnt need to be retracted but you can retract the string if you wanted

A little bit of patience is needed for the installation but there is is an instruction manual and a mini screw in the box

I bought this retractable clothes line and installed it between two beams on my screen porch

Several years in it still works fine but the line is just a little worm and the rewind isnt as springy as it was at first so we got this one to have ready whenever it gets bad enough to need replacing

Product itself is good but the screws and drywall anchors that come with are of poor quality
