The quality, the ethical practices of the company, the taste, and the fact that they make a decaf espresso packaged in an airtight metal canister are all reasons i’ve chosen to buy this specific product from illy. Illy has excellent brand.
Cons
Illy regular dark caffeinated espresso comes out slightly watery and light in color in my (remember - drip) machine. By comparison the illy decaf coffee comes out extremely watery. Makes it difficult to keep coffee fresh without a lid.
