It isnt the sturdiest case out there and its not rubberized to protect your computer when its in a bag or backpack but obviously you could just throw it in a sleeve

It does not cover any charging ports the holes in the bottom are there so that the computer does not overheat

For the price i paid it certainly prevents dust from getting between the keys the outer shell prevents scuffs and scratches however this case will not protect your computer if you drop it
