Pros & Cons
Pros
Added insulation strips to the seal between the lid and the case. Still no leak. The coolers seem to be solidly built and sustained no damage during transit. Great cooler holds ice for 3-4 days every time.
The yeti tundra 50/65 basket fits the igloo bmx 52 quart cooler wonderfully. Lid clasps are better than grizzly or yeti. This cooler is awesome! It's all i need since the cooler will be in the car/hotel most of the time anyways. It's great for bmx.
Cons
We are very disappointed in this cooler, as any boater knows, ice is a very valuable commodity. Save the money and get the basic cooler or spend the big bucks to get the yeti. Just go to walmart and by their $40 version.
Almost all the ice in the igloo was already melted. Most of ice is melted. It leaks and the ice melted the next day. I have a 20 year old 100 quart igloo that lasts three times as long as this product.
Highlights
Quality
Excellent price point super happy with the chilling performance
Looks exactly how imaged and it’s great quality
I also own a yeti cooler that cost twice as much and had to add ice the same time i did with the igloo
Packaging/appearance
I took this on the first trip when we arrived we transfered most of the food the the refrigerator and freezer
Competitiveness
Great cooler at less than yeti prices
We packed it for 2 people so a package of hot dogs bacon and eggs misc chilled snacks etc and filled it with roughly 30lbs of ice
Don’t go thinking you can stack a cooler full of beer and fit whatever ice possible into it and think it’s going to stay cold a... Read More

Don’t go thinking you can stack a cooler full of beer and fit whatever ice possible into it and think it’s going to stay cold and don’t think you can throw a few items in with 15lbs ice leaving it half full
