Seems like a quality unit from igloo but i returned mine in favor of an alpcool t36 compressor refrigfreezer unit
I would have given it five stars but the welldocumented problem with the cover not staying open on its own prevented me from doing that

We also took all of the meats out of their packaging and placed them in zip loc bags
However when i plug it into the 110v converter the converter box gets burning hot
While at the camp site i let the cooler run off of the cigarette lighter input in the back of the vehicle

I dont believe this cooler heats as flipping the plug over doesnt allow you to plug it in

That will work for refrigeration at most places during the year but the impossibility of maintaining very low a set temperature rules out using it as a freezer

Used for traveling with fresh chicken for our dog works lots better than three others we have used in the past they were both hotcold and didn’t last long
