I purchased the cable that connects the canon hf r800 to an hdmi port by mistake contacted amazon and was honest with amazon of course about it being my error and asked what i should do amazon said dont worry you can return it for a full refund which i did since the order was fulfilled by amazon

And had problems that i did not have with the original usb cable for my camcorder that i appear to have misplaced

Sometimes the cable works other times it gives a usb device not recognized error message which worries me because my original canonmanufactured usb cable didnt give any such errors

Then later that day they sent me another message stating that id already returned one cable and was having problems with the second one and so they wanted me to just return this cable to amazon for a refund
