Pros

Only thing i did differently is that the instructions say to make a small slit in the screen where the pivot pins are on each side at the top. Replacing with same model. Stays the same with this replacement.

Door works great. This is really well made and of a thicker plastic frame. To do a perfect job my hubby spent quite sometime on this- mallet is a must. This * door is super easy to install.

The magnet is super strong. My grandkids love to pass toys through it to the porch. We love the convenience our lucy pom let's herself out when she wants to go outside.

Cons

The door flap sits too low in the frame, causing the door to hit the bottom of the frame instead of opening both ways freely. One lock button is too hard to push to lock it so only 1 lock button works. The guilt i have is almost unbearable.
